Good news, finally! We have a first beta version of Sofortbild 1.4 available that supports a whole bunch of new camera models:
- D810
- D750
- D5300
- D4s
- Df
Unfortunately the D610 slipped through for now and the SDK for the D5500 has just been released the other day, so that’s also still missing. A future beta will include those two. Thanks for your patience!
If you are willing to help us test and make sure that the above models work as expected, please sign up at HockeyApp now.
Finally, we have a shiny new Donation page. If you have been using Sofortbild for some time or want to encourage us to keep up the work, please consider donating a reasonable amount to the development of Sofortbild. Thank you very much in advance!

says:Hm … I recently switched from D600 to D610 (due to the sensor spot problems …). Now I have lost support for the camera in Sofortbild 🙁 I loved to use it in my studio. Will it come back soon?

says:I have used Sofortbild in the past but it always seemed to keep crashing after about 80 captures. Is the new beta performing any better? I’d gladly donate to the cause if the app is more stable.
Florian
says:Thanks for reporting. We didn’t change anything in that area, but I will conduct a few tests to see if there are memory leaks and keep you updated.

says:Have used 1.3 for my D7000 – love working in the simple environment that it provides. In the start of this year i finally had the money to upgrade to FX, and have now a D750.
PLEASE provide a download link for the beta version 1.4. I will support test answer if you still need – or if no more spare in the “tester group” just really like to try the beta version

Florian
says:You are using the latest beta (1.4b2)? You have D810 connected via USB and turned it on while Sofortbild is running? Then it should automatically appear and I heard from another tester that it works. No idea why it should not work for you.

Where can we download the Beta (when the link has expired)?

says:Hi,
I was wondering if you could send me the Sofortbild beta 1.4 version?
Your program always served me well when I was using a Nikon D700, now I switched to a Nikon D810 and would love to continue using Sofortbild.
Thanks a lot and continue the good work! I really like Sofortbild!

says:I have the nikon 7200, is this supported in the beta or does it come in he future?
Dominic Nugent
says:I just sent you a message about wanting to see D5300 support added, and then found this. I see it’s been at the beta stage for a long time. Are you planning to push this to full release soon or do you need more testing info first?
